Social Skills Class
QUEST: Questioning, Understanding, & Exploring Social Skills Together
The goals of this program are to improve social interaction and communication skills using experiential stories, small group work, role-plays, hands-on activities, and regular practice. The QUEST Program is open to 5th-8th graders. The class will be facilitated by a Speech-Language Pathologist. Participants will meet in a small group setting once a week for 5 weeks to practice these skills. Weekly updates will be e-mailed to parents with helpful suggestions on ways to support their child’s generalization of skills taught.
Dates: Every Wednesday in June from 6:00-7:30pm at the Eastview Community Center.

- Understanding & Managing Emotions
- Communication Skills
- Making Friends & Interacting with Peers
- Personal Safety
There is no fee for the class, but registration is required.
